Registration begins on January 9th.
Siblings of these returning campers may also be registered at this time. You may (and probably should) submit your application prior to January 9th...... but no applications will be considered until then. You do not need to indicate anything on your application…if you attended last summer, we will have you in our system as a “returner!”
(Our campers are students currently enrolled in grades K-6 ...campers who, by summer, will have completed those grade levels)
IMPORTANT: On January 9th, we will begin processing all applications from returning families. (This unfortunately does not include those families that were waitlisted last year). We will fill camp spaces in each age group until there are no spaces left in that age group. There is always the possibility that spaces could fill on the first day of registration. To increase chances for enrollment, we highly encourage you to submit an application by this January 9th date. -
Registration begins on January 16th.
*A "friend" is a child of the same gender/grade level of a returning camper. That returning camper must already be registered to attend this coming summer.
*A "former" camper is a child who has attended Decathlon in the past but missed last summer.
*There is a space on the camp application to list the FRIEND(S) your camper(s), are hoping to attend camp with. This is the “box” on the application that will trigger your application as a “friend” application.
*You may (and probably should) submit your application prior to January 16th...... but no applications will be considered until then. -

There is no registration deadline. Signups continue until all spaces are full.

We do not offer makeup days.
We do not offer any prorated sessions outside of the half sessions mentioned in the Enrollment Options section.

Full and partial scholarships are available.
The awarding of these scholarships is based on both academic performance and effort and financial need.An application is required. Please contact us and request that application. The application deadline is March 1st.
There are 3 enrollment choices available for each session.......

1) M-T-W-Th-F for each week of either session

2) Attend M-T-W-Th-F for the first 2 weeks of either session
3) Attend M-T-W-Th-F for the last 2 weeks of either sessionThese "half" sessions are informally known as sessions 1A/1B and 2A/2B
* The half session (TWO WEEK) spaces are limited. We have only a few available for each grade level.

Session One: June 16 - July 11
Session Two: July 14 - August 8
Before you apply....
There are many summer camps from which to choose. Is this the right camp for your child?
(Our camp is for students who are currently enrolled in K-6 grade)!
TO APPLY:
Fill out and submit our online camper application form. Make sure you have each camper’s details before you start.
Your $250/child/session deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to fit your child into the camp. (Visit our Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds page for more info about your deposit.)
Registration for the summer of 2025 opens in January! At that time, we will begin processing applications until all camp age groups are full.
Before completing and submitting an application or to inquire about availability, please send us an email including your child's gender, current grade level, and school. We'll let you know what enrollment options might still be available.

How About Lunch and Snacks?
We offer an optional catered lunch and snack program Monday through Friday. The service (provided by Celebration 4 Hire) is very flexible. You may order as many or as few days as you like.
Need Extended Care?
You may leave your children with us as early as 8:00 am. AM Extended care runs from 8:00 am - 8:45 am.
This summer we are unable to provide extended care after 4pm. All campers must be picked up by that time. Apologies for any inconvenience and we appreciate you coordinating pickup to support the change.
