Jobs / Hiring

We have been in business since 1981

The San Francisco Chronicle has named our camp the "Best Summer Sports Program on the Peninsula." We were also named "Best Summer Sports Camp" by the readers of Bay Area Parent magazine. Our success has been, in large part, due to the great job that numerous students and teachers have done for us over the years. We hope that you will become part of our tradition.

A great candidate will feel comfortable teaching, playing, and officiating a group of 16 boys or girls (ages 6-12) in a variety of individual & team sports, is athletic and has a broad athletic background and knowledge of the major team sports. Candidates must also be responsible, energetic, creative, upbeat individuals who will love and be loved by the campers.

The most important thing we have to offer is not just teaching sports skills but also providing an environment where campers feel protected and supported while learning valuable life lessons from a counselor who truly cares about their physical, social, and emotional well-being.

We've hired a lot of really great people over these many wonderful summers. Our staff is truly the heart of our camp!

We look forward to hearing from you!

Counselor Positions

  • Counselors lead a group of roughly 16 children of the same gender and grade level. One or two junior counselors will assist you each day depending on the age of your campers. Your group remains together, under your leadership, for the full 4 week session. This continuity allows you to learn and address the strengths and weaknesses of each camper and helps build those strong social bonds that make camp so memorable for your camp group.
